Nicole is the best! We have bought and sold several homes with Nicole as our representative. She is amazing! Nicole understands the market like no other, is well connected, and truly passionate about her craft. In a more recent transaction, we decided to step away from a sale/purchase - and while Nicole had nothing to gain at that point, she went above and beyond to request our earnest deposit back. Now, this was not the traditional $5,000 earnest deposit, but instead 6% of the purchase price - so, there was a ton of money on the line. We were confident those funds were long gone, but somehow/someway Nicole was able to convince the builder to return the deposit. We were in shock and truly appreciative.
